Lucy Butler is a young artist, who has combined her passion for art with her commitment and dedication to community development. As a volunteer, Lucy has led various aid projects in third world countries and has also worked extensively as a mentor to youth in the philanthropic and art therapy sector in Australia.
She was awarded the 2006 ADFAS prize for her artwork, and has been nominated for Young Australian of the Year, as well as other various awards for her contributions to her local community.

In 2007 Pottinger Associates were proud to support Lucy Butler in recognition of her artistic talents and her commitment to contributing to the wider community by commissioning her to create a large 1.27 x 3m painting for their boardroom in the AMP building, Sydney.
Lucy runs an art space called Changeable Art in North Sydney which is giving a voice to emerging artists.
