Gallery 26 opened its doors in Milsons Point Dec 11, 2007 with an introductory show featuring Steve McLaren and Jeffrey Hamilton.
After 4 successful shows featuring over 30 artists in total, Gallery 26 has now shut its original gallery in Milsons Point, and we're moving into several smaller spaces.
Under the direction of Curator Steve McLaren, Gallery 26 has featured, and is still representing, a variety of talented Australian and overseas artists. Successful in their own right, these artists are moving away from mainstream galleries and joining together at Gallery 26 - unique in its concept as it is a gallery run by artists with an aim to promote and support each other.
